Who can practice?

As multidimensional beings, we inherently perceive subtle energies; everyone can use them. Of course, some will find it easier than others, but it’s like writing: not everyone is William Shakespeare, but everyone can write.

How to practice

Subtle energy is directed by intention; one must first know what they want to do. For this, visualization is the easiest method. One simply needs to see the result they want to achieve. It may seem strange, but if you visualize the effect, it is created in the subtle planes (the mental plane, more precisely) and descends to the etheric plane to influence matter. In practical terms, this means visualizing a wound healing, the sun appearing, or dark energies leaving a room. One should not hesitate to imagine baroque scenes with strong visual effects. The idea is to describe precisely what one wants to achieve using symbols that resonate with them. For those who are not visual, they need to find a way to conceptualize the result of an energetic act. Auditory people may imagine a sound or melody, olfactory people a scent, etc. The method doesn’t matter, it’s the intention that counts, and it is decisive.

This is where the greatest difficulty lies: doubt often sabotages the effectiveness of an energetic act, and failure strengthens this doubt in a rather vicious cycle. This is why it’s crucial to try patiently and observe the results. Even if they are not conclusive, perseverance is important. Similarly, successes will anchor in the practitioner the effectiveness of their method and strengthen their conviction.

Intention

It is the force that directs energy. But beware, our intention is both conscious and unconscious. Thus, a desire to heal can be tainted by the unconscious desire for fame or recognition. The energy sent will have more visible but less effective results and will be less elevated. That’s why it’s important to work on oneself.

One must also question their true motivations and, therefore, their hidden intentions. Beyond the game of neurosis, why would one want to perform an energetic act on a scrape when a band-aid and disinfectant do the job just fine? This answer is intimate and belongs to each individual. It helps clarify the energetic work and makes it sincere, thus more effective.

Emotions have a tremendous influence on energetic actions. They have a reality in the astral dimension and can disrupt an operation. Healing while feeling depressed or praying while in anger will not be as effective. In general, it is better to be calm and to master both the mind and emotions. Of course, we do the best we can, but again, working on oneself to achieve inner peace is essential to calm the mind and emotions. Psychotherapy, as well as self-observation, can help temper an agitated mind.

Simple actions in daily life

Matter and energy are intimately connected, so everyday life as a whole can be approached energetically. Cooking a dish and magnetizing it to improve its flavor and nutritional value, cleaning one’s home of dust and energetic pollution, making the sun appear during the time when children play outside, every situation can benefit from energetic action.

Should they? That’s for each person to answer and to explore their intention. Sometimes a band-aid and disinfectant are enough. But other times, a loving hand can work miracles.

Powerful tools

Energetic practice requires a good vibration, which means being able to rise to a higher level. Meditation is an excellent way to achieve this. It helps calm the mind and emotions while raising one’s vibrational level. Prayer, in a broad sense, not necessarily tied to any religion, is also a powerful tool. When one prays, they enter a state similar to meditation. Concentration calms thoughts, attention turns to the words used, and emotions settle as communion occurs. These two methods are complementary and greatly assist the practitioner in improving.
